Willowdale

The neighborhood of Willowdale is situated in the township of Cherry Hill in Camden County, New Jersey. The closest communities include Glendale, Echelon, Voorhees Township, Glendale, Woodcrest, and Lawnside. The southern edge of the community sits on the Woodcrest Country Club. Kresson Road forms the northern border as White Horse Pike forms the eastern boundary. 

History

The Lenni-Lenape Native Americans originally lived in the area before being forced out by the first settlers from England. These settlers were primarily followers of the Quaker, William Penn. Penn arrived in the area during the 17th century.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood has an extensive park system just off of Liberty Bell Drive and Bunker Hill Drive. The Cherry Hill parks include Bunker Hill Park and Sheri Park. Bunker Hill encompasses many trails that are all less than a mile long. The park allows for the following activities:
